- Speak with prospective candidates and support them with onboarding and compliance
- Upload right-to-work documentation, along with all other required documentation, in line with legislation and regulations
- Deliver high standards of customer service in all interactions
- Assist with filling shifts and maintaining candidate availability
- Support the Nursing & Healthcare team in matching suitably skilled candidates to client needs
