What will the successful Recruitment Resourcer be expected to deliver? 

• Speak with candidates to build your pipeline of talented education professionals 

• Communicate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions 

• Attend school and education provider visits to build meaningful partnerships 

• Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability 

• Create compelling job adverts to attract the right talent 

• Manage compliance including Right to Work checks and references 

• Use Boolean search, LinkedIn, and job boards to source great candidates 

• Maintain accurate data using our ATS (Vincere)
