Recruitment Partner (Social Work Division) 
Job Type: Full Time – Permanent 
Location: Cardiff / Hybrid 
Area: South Wales 
Sector: Social Work Recruitment 
Salary: Band A: £24,000–£26,000 (Recruitment Partner) + Benefits + Commission  
Start Date: Immediate, short, medium and long term starts available

What will the successful Recruitment Partner be expected to deliver? 
  • Build and manage a 360 desk within the Social Work sector 
  • Partner with local authorities and private organisations to supply qualified social workers 
  • Develop a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, advertising, referrals, and outreach 
  • Conduct interviews and match professionals to client vacancies 
  • Secure and coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding 
  • Maintain strong client relationships and generate repeat business 
  • Drive activity and exceed performance targets 
  • Manage and maintain accurate data using our CRM (Vincere) 
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the social care market and candidate motivations 
  • Build your personal brand on LinkedIn and contribute to Hoop’s presence in the sector
