What will the successful Recruitment Partner / Senior Recruitment Partner be expected to deliver?
- Build and manage a 360 desk within the Social Work sector
- Partner with local authorities and private organisations to supply qualified social workers
- Develop a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, advertising, referrals, and outreach
- Conduct interviews and match professionals to client vacancies
- Secure and coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Maintain strong client relationships and generate repeat business
- Drive activity and exceed performance targets
- Manage and maintain accurate data using our CRM (Vincere)
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the social care market and candidate motivations
- Build your personal brand on LinkedIn and contribute to Hoop’s presence in the sector
