What will the successful Recruitment Partner deliver?
- Take full ownership of a 360-degree recruitment desk in education
- Headhunt, source, and nurture a high-calibre candidate pipeline
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with schools and teaching professionals
- Write and optimise job adverts across multiple platforms
- Conduct candidate interviews and prepare them for client engagement
- Guide clients and candidates through negotiations and offer management
- Proactively secure new business and grow existing relationships
- Meet and exceed activity and profitability targets
