Senior Executive Recruitment Partner – Hoop Professional Services 
Location: Cardiff/Hybrid
Salary: From £35,000 (DOE) + Benefits 

Are you an experienced 360 recruiter ready to take your career to the next level? Hoop Professional Services are looking for a driven and strategic Senior Executive Recruitment Partner to lead the way in sourcing top talent across marketing, business support and professional services. You’ll operate with full autonomy, managing your own portfolio and driving high-level recruitment campaigns from end to end. As a true expert in your field, you’ll use your network, commercial acumen, and market insight to attract senior professionals, grow client relationships, and deliver outstanding results.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven track record in 360 recruitment within the professional services field
• Confident in business development, PSL/tender conversion, and fee negotiation
• Excellent relationship builder with strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
• Expertise in compliance, client consultation, and market mapping
• Proactive, strategic thinker who thrives under pressure and meets commercial targets
• Skilled user of CRM systems (e.g. Vincere), job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• A role model who drives performance and fosters collaboration across the team
