Executive Recruitment Partner (Primary School Desk) Hoop Education (Cardiff) - Guaranteed commission for 6 months!

Salary: From £33-35,000 + Benefits + Guaranteed Commission for first 6 months!
Hoop Recruitment is a Welsh based recruitment agency, which is 2024 transitioned to become 100% employee-owned, becoming an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).
We are seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant with around 2 years of proven 360 recruitment experience in the education sector. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with strong skills in headhunting, business development, and relationship management, bringing a creative, proactive, and strategic approach to both candidate attraction and client engagement.

What will the successful Experienced Recruitment Consultant deliver?
· Take full ownership of a 360-degree recruitment desk in education
· Headhunt, source, and nurture a high-calibre candidate pipeline
· Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with schools and teaching professionals
· Write and optimise job adverts across multiple platforms
· Conduct candidate interviews and prepare them for client engagement
· Guide clients and candidates through negotiations and offer management
· Proactively secure new business and grow existing relationships
· Meet and exceed activity and profitability targets
