Education Recruitment Consultant

Full-time | Permanent | Starting January 2026 
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days work-from-anywhere 

Hoop Education is one of the fastest-growing education recruitment agencies in South Wales, with a strong presence across Swansea, Carmarthenshire, and Pembrokeshire. We’re now looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Swansea office from January 2026 on a full-time, permanent basis. 

This is an exciting opportunity to take over a hot desk with existing schools and candidates across South West Wales. You’ll be joining a supportive, ambitious team that’s passionate about education and providing an exceptional service to schools and staff. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Managing and growing an established desk of clients and candidates 
  
  

• Building lasting relationships with schools and education professionals 
  
  

• Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into suitable roles 
  
  

• Making proactive sales calls and developing new business 
  
  

• Working to achievable, rewarding targets 
  
  

• Keeping accurate records using our CRM system 
  
  

What we’re looking for 

• Ideally, experience in education recruitment or another recruitment sector 
  
  

• Or experience in sales, customer service, or a telephone-based role 
  
  

• Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and building relationships 
  
  

• Motivated, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment 
  
  

• Driven by success, teamwork, and making a difference in education
