We’re now looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Swansea office from January 2026 on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to take over a hot desk with existing schools and candidates across South West Wales. You’ll be joining a supportive, ambitious team that’s passionate about education and providing an exceptional service to schools and staff.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing and growing an established desk of clients and candidates
- Building lasting relationships with schools and education professionals
- Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into suitable roles
- Making proactive sales calls and developing new business
- Working to achievable, rewarding targets
- Keeping accurate records using our CRM system
- Ideally, experience in education recruitment or another recruitment sector
- Or experience in sales, customer service, or a telephone-based role
- Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and building relationships
- Motivated, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Driven by success, teamwork, and making a difference in education
- Competitive salary plus uncapped commission
- Full-time, permanent position
- Hybrid working once trained – 3 days in our Swansea office, 2 days remote
