Key responsibilities: 

As a recruitment partner, specialising in Education your role is to work with team members to connect businesses with candidates, managing the entire recruitment process. You'll assess the school requirements, source suitable candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding. You’ll be working towards the team and individual targets and have full 360 recruitment responsibilities for your portfolio of team clients/candidates.
