Executive Recruitment Partner (Professional Services Division) - Guaranteed commission for 6 months!
Job Type: Full Time – Permanent
Location: Cardiff / Hybrid
Area: South Wales

Salary: £33,000+ DOE (OTE £70,000–£90,000) + guaranteed commission for 6 months!

What will the successful Executive Recruitment Partner be expected to deliver?
- Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of executive-level candidates
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across professional services including finance executives and business support roles
- Engage with both active and passive candidates, offering expert consultation
- Write compelling job adverts and optimise them across multiple job boards
- Use advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Brief candidates thoroughly on roles and prepare them for interviews
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments
- Arrange and manage the interview and onboarding process
- Place candidates into permanent and temporary roles
- Build relationships and generate repeat business with clients
- Mentor junior team members and serve as a role model
