You’ll be the driving force behind their social media presence -leading, planning, creating, and delivering content that truly connects.
What you’ll be leading on:
- Owning and developing the full organic social strategy to grow following, increase engagement, and elevate brand awareness
- Creating and managing content calendars that align with wider business goals and seasonal campaigns
- Leading the day-to-day running of social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Managing and mentoring junior team members to ensure high-quality output across platforms
- Overseeing projects from brief to delivery — ensuring campaigns are launched on time, on brand, and on budget
- Collaborating with external partners, influencers, and agencies to develop high-impact campaigns
- Using performance data and insights to continuously refine and improve results
- Presenting clear, concise reporting to senior stakeholders and shaping future strategy
- Degree educated or equivalent within a relevant field
- Previous experience in social media management with experience leading teams or mentoring others
- Strong project management skills - able to prioritise, juggle deadlines, and keep campaigns on track
- A confident communicator and cross-functional collaborator
- Proven track record growing social channels and driving engagement organically
- Strategic and creative thinker with great instincts for content, brand, and trends
- Data-driven mindset -you know how to measure what matters and show impact
- Previous experience in a fast-paced consumer or lifestyle brand is ideal
