HR & OD Advisor – Fixed Term Contract until March 2026
Hoop Professional Services & HR are delighted to be supporting one of our valued clients in their search for a HR & OD Advisor to join the team in Cardiff on a 6 month fixed-term contract until March 2026.

As HR & OD Advisor, you will provide expert, comprehensive advice and support across the full range of People & OD matters. Responsibilities include:
- Providing expert guidance to managers and staff on the full range of People & OD policies, practices, procedures, and resources to improve performance and staff development.
- Supporting and advising across key areas including:
- People policy, practices, and procedures
- Staff health and well-being
- Equality, diversity, and inclusion
- Recruitment and selection
- Staff engagement and culture
- Delivering ongoing coaching and support on case management, ensuring managers are confident and accountable in applying People & OD policies and procedures.
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations casework independently, from start to finish.
- The ability to balance and prioritise a demanding workload effectively.
- A forward-thinking, curious, and resilient approach to problem-solving and people challenges.
