Cardiff -hybrid 
£35,000 + benefits | 37.5 hours per week
Immediate start – ideally Monday 1st September
Temporary -2-3 months

Are you an experienced PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, supporting senior executives and ensuring smooth office operations? We’re recruiting for a Personal Assistant to join a growing organisation in Cardiff.

The Role This is a varied position where you’ll combine high-level executive support with day-to-day office management. No two days will be the same, and you’ll play a key role in keeping the CEO and senior team one step ahead.

As PA you will:

  • Provide executive support to the CEO and leadership team

  • Proactively manage complex diaries, emails and travel arrangements

  • Act as the first point of contact with internal and external stakeholders

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and board papers

  • Arrange and support meetings, including minute-taking when required

As Office Manager you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office at The Maltings

  • Manage office supplies, equipment and vendor relationships

  • Ensure health & safety compliance

  • Support onboarding of new staff and coordinate HR/admin tasks

  • Organise company meetings, events and staff activities

What’s on Offer
  • Salary approx. £35,000 per annum

  • 28 days annual leave inluding bank holidays

  • 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

  • Based in modern Cardiff offices with ample on-site parking or a shuttle bus from Cardiff Central

  • Potential for 4 days in the office / 1 day from home (flexible working)

  • Immediate start – ideally Monday 1st September

About You We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Experienced supporting at Executive/CEO/Director level

  • Confident managing multiple priorities with discretion

  • Strong in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • A natural communicator, able to build relationships across all levels

  • Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently
