Job Description
Marketing Manager Bristol or Cardiff | In-person
Permanent | 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £28,000 – £31,000
About the role We’re working with a growing organisation that’s looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to play a key role in its next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on, full-stack marketing role where you’ll take ownership of multi-channel B2B marketing activity, with a clear focus on lead generation and pipeline growth. You’ll sit at the heart of the commercial function, working closely with sales to ensure marketing activity directly supports business objectives.
If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with delivery — planning campaigns one minute and writing copy or analysing performance the next — this could be a great fit.
As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and delivering a multi-channel B2B marketing strategy that strengthens brand presence, clearly communicates value, and generates a consistent flow of high-quality leads.
Your focus will be on positioning the organisation as a trusted partner to businesses looking to address skills gaps, while ensuring marketing activity translates into measurable commercial impact.
