Learning & Development Coach (Youth Programmes) Location: Newport (on-site)
Salary: £24,638 – £26,780
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging and supportive learning sessions tailored to individual needs
- Design creative lesson plans using varied teaching methods to keep learners motivated
- Support learners to achieve their qualifications to a high standard and within set timeframes
- Encourage personal growth, confidence, and employability readiness
- Maintain accurate progress records and work collaboratively with colleagues to support learner success
- Experience working as a tutor, coach, or mentor with young people
- Understanding of supporting NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) learners
- Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- GCSE Grade C / Level 5 or above in English and Maths
- A positive, engaging, and encouraging approach with a genuine passion for helping others succeed
