Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner, supporting leaders to deliver business and people objectives.
- Provide expert advice across resourcing, workforce planning, succession and career development.
- Support performance management processes, using data and insight to guide decision-making.
- Advise on reward and recognition, ensuring alignment with performance and engagement outcomes.
- Lead on employee relations casework, ensuring fair, consistent and values-led approaches.
- Support organisational change initiatives, ensuring they are commercially sound and fit for purpose.
- Contribute to management development initiatives and coach managers on people matters.
- Support early careers and development programmes, ensuring effective feedback and progression processes.
- Drive colleague engagement activity through analysis, insight and action planning.
- Support culture-focused initiatives including EDI, wellbeing and social value programmes.
- Contribute to the delivery of the wider HR Plan and lead on associated projects.
- Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
- Strong employee relations knowledge with confidence managing complex casework.
- Commercially astute with the ability to translate people data into actionable insight.
- Experience supporting change and organisational development initiatives.
- Confident stakeholder manager with strong coaching capability.
- CIPD qualified (or working towards) desirable.
