HR Business Partner – 6 Month FTC

- Partner with senior leaders to drive workforce and OD priorities that align to Care Group objectives.
- Lead on complex employee relations matters (including medical workforce cases), ensuring fair, timely outcomes.
- Support large-scale organisational change, workforce redesign and service transformation.
- Shape and deliver proactive recruitment and retention strategies.
- Use workforce data and KPIs to influence decision-making and improve performance.
- Build strong relationships with staffside colleagues and external partners to promote best practice.
- Proven experience as a senior HR Business Partner in a large, unionised setting (NHS or comparable).
- Chartered MCIPD (or equivalent) with strong employment law knowledge.
- Skilled at leading change, with excellent coaching, influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical, commercial, and confident in making decisions on sensitive, complex issues.
- A fixed-term contract (6 months) with the opportunity to make a big impact quickly.
