HR Advisor – Swansea
Up to £36,000 + benefits + CIPD support

Our client is seeking an ambitious HR professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and develop into a seasoned HR Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice and administrative support.
- Support managers with employee relations issues including performance, absence, disciplinary, and grievance cases.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR and audit requirements.
- Prepare and deliver HR documentation, ensuring effective record-keeping.
- Support and deliver employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Produce HR reports and track key metrics such as absence and turnover.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards in employee relations and site culture.
- Up to 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources role.
- A solid understanding of HR processes and employment law.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
