Hoop HR are delighted to be partnering with a market-leading organisation within the manufacturing sector as they continue through an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious HR Advisor to join their high-performing HR team based in Swansea.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring advice aligns with company policies and best practice
  • Support and manage a range of employee relations cases (absence, disciplinaries, grievances, etc.)
  • Lead on end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate and employee experience
  • Maintain and update HR policies, personnel records, and documentation
  • Deliver accurate HR metrics and reporting to support decision-making
  • Carry out HR administration tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Support compliance and audit readiness across the HR function
To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • Proven experience working within a busy HR department
  • Confidence managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong employee relations knowledge with the ability to advise managers confidently
  • A sound understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law best practice
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset and a genuine desire to develop your HR career within a progressive organisation
  • CIPD qualified
