Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring advice aligns with company policies and best practice
- Support and manage a range of employee relations cases (absence, disciplinaries, grievances, etc.)
- Lead on end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate and employee experience
- Maintain and update HR policies, personnel records, and documentation
- Deliver accurate HR metrics and reporting to support decision-making
- Carry out HR administration tasks efficiently and accurately
- Support compliance and audit readiness across the HR function
- Proven experience working within a busy HR department
- Confidence managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong employee relations knowledge with the ability to advise managers confidently
- A sound understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law best practice
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive, ambitious mindset and a genuine desire to develop your HR career within a progressive organisation
- CIPD qualified
