We’re working with a large, complex and purpose-led organisation in South Wales to recruit a Finance Business Partner within their Business Planning & Treasury function.
This is a strategically important role, sitting at the heart of financial planning, treasury management and long-term sustainability.

We’re working with a large, complex and purpose-led organisation in South Wales to recruit a Finance Business Partner within their Business Planning & Treasury function.
This is a strategically important role, sitting at the heart of financial planning, treasury management and long-term sustainability.
The role Reporting to the Head of Business Planning & Treasury, you’ll take ownership of:
- Treasury management including cashflow forecasting, loan management and liquidity oversight
- Developing and maintaining a robust 30-year financial model
- Leading the annual financial planning process for treasury
- Stress testing long-term financial plans to assess risk and resilience
- Supporting statutory reporting and regulatory returns
- Providing high-quality financial insight to senior stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement through automation and systems optimisation
About you The hiring manager is looking for someone with either:
- Strong treasury experience within a complex or regulated organisation,
OR - Extensive experience in long-term financial planning and business modelling within a large-scale environment
- A relevant professional qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced financial modelling capability
- Experience managing financial risk and funding structures
- Confidence partnering with senior leaders and challenging constructively
- A data-led, solutions-focused approach
