Full-time | Monday–Friday | Temporary (with strong potential to go permanent)

What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as front of house – welcoming visitors and managing reception
- Supporting meeting rooms, events and AV/video conferencing
- Coordinating facilities and suppliers
- Supporting new starters with office set-up and inductions
- Managing post, deliveries and day-to-day office operations
- Providing basic on-site IT and desk set-up support
- Supporting health & safety and office compliance activity
- A confident, organised and personable coordinator
- Strong Microsoft Office and Teams skills
- Someone who enjoys being on site, visible and hands-on
