Location: Cardiff (Hybrid)
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:30pm
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

What you’ll be doing
- Providing structured, supportive assessment throughout the learner journey.
- Tailoring delivery methods to suit individual learning needs.
- Visiting learners in their work settings to complete assessments and gather evidence.
- Creating and updating Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).
- Assessing evidence against awarding body standards.
- Maintaining accurate learner records to meet audit requirements.
- Supporting learners to stay motivated and on track with their progress.
- Planning and monitoring learner performance against agreed targets.
- Arranging additional day-release or in-house training sessions where needed.
- Recording learner achievements clearly and thoroughly.
- A recognised assessing qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent).
- Experience delivering apprenticeships.
- Strong occupational background within Health & Social Care.
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Willingness to complete a DBS check (covered by the employer) and register with EWC.
- Welsh language skills.
