Location: Remote (North Wales) – with regular travel to learners’ workplaces
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm

We’re looking for a passionate Qualified Assessor to join a supportive, employee-owned organisation. You’ll guide apprenticeship learners through every stage of their qualification, ensuring they gain the skills and confidence to thrive in the care sector.
What you’ll be doing
- Support and assess learners across North Wales, visiting workplaces to deliver hands-on guidance
- Create and maintain Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) tailored to each learner
- Evaluate workplace evidence and keep accurate records of progress and attendance
- Deliver training sessions, arrange day-release learning and provide in-house training as needed
- Track and achieve key performance targets while maintaining compliance with awarding body standards
- Recognised teaching/assessing qualification (A1 Assessor Award, TAQA, CAVA, or equivalent)
- Experience within apprenticeship delivery
- Proven occupational background and technical expertise in Health & Social Care
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to undertake a company-funded DBS check and register with the EWC
- Welsh language skills
