Interview

After we receive your application, one of our dedicated consultants will contact you to schedule an interview. This is a chance for you to share your unique experience and expertise while allowing us to better understand the type of work you're seeking and how we can best support your career goals.

Please remember to bring your Right to Work documentation to the interview.

Onboarding

After your interview, our team will work persistently to get you cleared and ready for work. The speed of the compliance process depends on how quickly you provide all the necessary documentation, which includes:

  • Up-to-date CV
  • A current Enhanced DBS check on the update service (if your DBS is not on the update service, we won't be able to use it and will need to process a new DBS for you)
  • EWC registration
  • Proof of national insurance (P45/P60)
  • Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (Bank statement / Utility bill)
  • Right to Work (Passport / Birth certificate / Share code)
  • Valid form of ID
  • Proof of relevant qualifications and training
  • Safeguarding training
  • Overseas Police Check If you have lived abroad for a period over 6 months within the last 5 years

Hoop Education also offer an extensive training portal and will provide you with the opportunity to upskill, ensuring you feel prepared to succeed in your new role. If you have any areas you would like to develop, please just inform your consultant and we can discuss the training available.

Aftercare

After our dedicated compliance team reviews and verifies your documentation, your consultant will reach out to discuss your availability and the opportunities we currently have available. You'll benefit from a committed consultant who will provide one-on-one support throughout your time with Hoop Education.

How do I get paid?

You’ll be paid weekly on a Friday, as long as your timesheet has been submitted and approved by the deadline.
 
Just a heads-up - you’ll always be paid a week in arrears. It’s your responsibility to make sure your timesheet is filled in and signed off in time.

Set up job alerts in your area over several job boards so you don't miss out on any amazing opportunities. Alongside this, make your consultant aware that you are actively looking for a new role. We will keep you in mind for any opportunities that come our way - we will also keep regular contact updating you on any roles that are on the horizon.

We will never put you forward for a role that you are not aware of. We will have an in-depth conversation covering the role and any queries you have, if you are interested in a position but there is a connection to your current employer, we are more than happy to anonymise your CV for the initial application.
