Residential Manager

Hoop Nursing are seeking an experienced and compassionate Residential Manager to lead a small, experienced team at a residential service in Powys. As the Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring outstanding care delivery and fostering a positive culture for both service users and staff.

This service supports adults with complex care needs and focus is on delivering person-centred, high-quality care in a calm, safe, and supportive environment.

Essential

• QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management
• 2 years min. Registered Manager experience in a residential setting
• Extensive knowledge of CQC/CIW/OFSTED regulations and best practices
• Experienced in managing staff including, recruitment, supervision, training and performance
• Strong professional relationships with local authorities
