Hoop Nursing and Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to manage a small-bedded residential service in the Powys area.

This role is ideal for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager with proven experience in providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Essential

• QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care
• Extensive knowledge of CQC/CIW/OFSTED regulations 
• Experience leading and developing a high-performing team
• Experience fostering a positive and values-based culture
