Healthcare Support Worker

Hoop Nursing are looking for compassionate and resilient Healthcare Support Workers to join a dedicated and experienced team in Neath Port Talbot supporting adults with complex care needs.

As the Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life. Every day is different – from helping with personal care and daily routines to supporting individuals with social activities, appointments, and developing new skills.

Essential

• Minimum of 1 years UK care experience 
• Registered with SCW
• Experience supporting those with autism, physical disabilities and learning difficulties 
• Compassionate, patient and motivated to support others 
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable and flexible to work a combination of shifts (evenings/weekends etc)
• Car driver with access to own vehicle
