Deputy Nursing Manager

Hoop Nursing are seeking a strong and experienced Deputy Nursing Manager to support manage a 50-bedded service near the Bridgend area.

As the Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, compliance, and support to staff. You will play a key role in leading, mentoring, and developing the nurse and care team whilst maintaining a safe and compassionate service. 

Essential

- Must have the QCF Level 4 in Leadership & Management 
- Must have Deputy Manager experience in a nursing home setting
- Must have an active PIN
