Clinical Lead Nurse

Hoop Nursing are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join a long-standing, supportive nurse and care team at a well-run nursing home in Cardiff.

As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care to residents. You will support the Home Manager by leading the nursing team, overseeing clinical practices and providing clinical knowledge, support and guidance. This is a hands-on role where your clinical expertise, leadership, and compassion will help shape the quality of life for all residents.

Essential

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active PIN
• Must have Lead Nurse / Clinical Lead experience in a similar setting
• Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Compassionate, approachable, and committed to delivering person centred care
