Hoop Nursing are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to manage a small, Adult Care service in Neath, supporting adults with autism and complex care needs. This is a lovely opportunity to join a reputable organisation who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person centred support.

Essential

• Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or Level 4, working towards Level 5)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport with relatives
• Experience in a managerial/deputy role at a similar service
• Experience developing and nurturing a team
