Your Role:

• Deliver lessons and manage classrooms in the teacher’s absence
  
  
• Use Welsh confidently to support pupils’ learning and engagement
  
  
• Follow lesson plans and ensure work is completed
  
  
• Promote a positive and focused learning environment
  
  
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies
  
  
• Work alongside teaching assistants and other staff
  
  
• Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and parents
  
  
• Cover a variety of subjects, including: English, Maths, Science, History, Geography, PE, ICT, Art, Music, Design & Technology, Welsh, Religious Education, and PSHE
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Fluent Welsh speaker
  
  
• At least 3 months’ experience working with children or vulnerable adults (references required)
  
  
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  
  
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) (or willingness to register)
  
  
• Strong communication and organisation skills
  
  
• A positive attitude and a passion for supporting young learners
