Welsh-Speaking Cover Supervisor – Bridgend

Hoop Education are seeking a fluent Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisor to work across secondary schools in Bridgend. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting pupils’ learning through the Welsh language.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to classes.
  
  
• Ensure pupils remain on task and engaged in their learning.
  
  
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
  
  
• Provide support to pupils where needed.
  
  
• Report back to teaching staff on progress and any issues.
  
  

Requirements

• Fluency in Welsh (essential).
  
  
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  
  
• Degree in any subject.
  
  
• Previous school-based experience desirable but not essential.
