What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to help students succeed
• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Helping build confidence, independence, and social skills
• Being a positive and supportive presence in the classroom

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine willingness to work with children with Additional Learning Needs (essential)
• Positive, patient, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and committed

Helpful but not essential:

• Knowledge or previous exposure to ALN / SEN
• We also offer access to training and courses before you start, so you’ll feel prepared and confident going into the role.
