What You’ll Be Doing

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ALN
Support students across a range of secondary subjects
Assist teachers in delivering lessons through the medium of Welsh
Help manage behaviour and maintain a focused learning environment
Support pupil progress, confidence, and wellbeing
Work closely with teachers and school staff

What We’re Looking For

Fluent Welsh speaker (spoken and written)
Experience working with young people (school or care setting)
A patient, proactive, and supportive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

EWC subscription (or willingness to apply)

Experience with ALN is highly desirable.
