💷 Pay Rate: £172.98 per day

Your Role

•    Provide dedicated 1:1 support to pupils with ALN
•    Support children with Autism and ADHD to access learning
•    Build positive relationships that encourage confidence and independence
•    Work closely with teachers and school staff to support pupil progress
•    Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

We're Looking For

•    Experience working with children or young people (preferred)
•    Knowledge or experience of Autism, ADHD, or ALN support
•    A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
•    Strong communication and relationship-building skills
•    A passion for helping children achieve their full potential
