✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups (ASD, ADHD, PMLD, VI, and more)
• Helping deliver creative, inclusive, and engaging lessons
• Assisting with classroom organisation and behaviour management
• Preparing learning resources and recording pupil progress
• Creating a calm, safe, and nurturing learning environment

 
🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children (especially ALN support)
• A patient, positive, and empathetic attitude
• Strong communication and adaptability
• A proactive team player who loves making a difference
• Childcare or education qualifications (bonus, not essential!)
