🌟 Teaching Assistant – Supporting Pupils with Autism and ADHD 🌟
📍 Primary Schools based in Carmarthnshire - Llanelli,Ammanford, Carmarthen
🕒 [Full-time/Part-time hours available]
Do you love helping children thrive? We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our wonderful team! In this role, you’ll support pupils with additional learning needs such as Autism and ADHD, helping them to feel confident, included, and ready to learn.
What you’ll be doing:
✨ Working alongside teachers to support pupils in class and during activities
✨ Helping to adapt lessons to meet individual needs
✨ Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
✨ Building great relationships with children, staff, and families
We’re looking for someone who:
🤩Experience working in a school setting or similar job role involving children or young adults ( Sports coach, Tutor, Care Worker, Residential worker)
💬 Is patient, understanding, and passionate about helping children succeed
🧩 Has some experience in supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, or other learning differences
🤝 Enjoys being part of a supportive, friendly school team
