- Preparing learning materials and tracking pupil progress
- Creating a calm, nurturing and supportive learning environment
- Experience working with children or young people (ALN experience is highly desirable in sectors such as baby sitting, childcare or working in school settings)
- A patient, empathetic and positive approach to supporting learning
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player mindset
- A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to different needs
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (desirable, but not essential)
