Your Role:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis (including ALN: ASD, ADHD, PMLD, VI)
  
  
• Helping to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons in classroom settings
  
  
• Assisting with classroom organisation and positive behaviour management
  
  
• Preparing learning materials and tracking pupil progress
  
  
• Creating a calm, nurturing and supportive learning environment
  
  

What You Need:

• Experience working with children or young people (ALN experience is highly desirable in sectors such as baby sitting, childcare or working in school settings)
  
  
• A patient, empathetic and positive approach to supporting learning
  
  
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player mindset
  
  
• A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to different needs
  
  
• Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (desirable, but not essential)
