An ideal opportunity to gain hands-on experience in secondary education, supporting pupils with a range of needs and abilities.

Your Role:
Support teachers and pupils within secondary school classrooms
Assist with lesson delivery and classroom activities
Support pupils’ learning, confidence, and engagement
Promote a positive, calm, and inclusive learning environment
Support behaviour management in line with school policies
Work alongside teachers and other support staff
Support pupil learning, well-being, and development

You may be supporting pupils with a range of abilities, including those requiring additional learning or behavioural support.

What You’ll Need:
At least 3 months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults (references required)
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) (or willingness to register)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive attitude and passion for supporting young people
