Your Role:

Deliver engaging, adapted lessons to pupils within PRU settings
Support learners with behavioural, emotional, and social needs
Create a structured, supportive, and safe learning environment
Manage behaviour using consistent and positive strategies
Work closely with teaching assistants and pastoral staff
Support students in re-engaging with education and building confidence
Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and external professionals

You may be supporting learning across a variety of subjects, including:
English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, ICT, Art, and Life Skills

Welsh speakers are highly desired.

What You’ll Need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
At least 3 months of recent teaching experience (references required)
Experience supporting pupils with behavioural needs, SEMH, or additional learning needs is desirable
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) (or willingness to register)
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A patient, resilient, and supportive approach to teaching
