Job Description
Join Hoop Education as an ALN Teaching Assistant!
Location: Swansea, Neath & Port Talbot
Pay: £88.92/day
Hours: 8:30am–3:30pm
Are you passionate about supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)? Make a real difference in a school-based setting with Hoop Education!
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with ALN
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
- Create a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment
- Help prepare learning materials and support classroom organisation
- Monitor and record student progress to inform teaching strategies
- Collaborate with staff to ensure effective support for all learners
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children in educational or care settings
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant qualifications (desirable, not essential)
