Your Role:

• Manage classrooms in the teacher’s absence
• Follow lesson plans and ensure work is completed
• Promote a positive and focused learning environment
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies
• Work alongside teaching assistants
• Support student learning and well-being
• Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and parents
• You may be covering a variety of subject lessons, including:

English, Maths, Science, History, Geography, PE, ICT, Art, Music, Design & Technology, Welsh, Religious Education, and PSHE

What You’ll Need:

• At least 3 months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults (references required)
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) (or willingness to register)
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• A positive attitude and passion for supporting young learners
