ALN Teaching Assistant - Full Time

ALN Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Carmarthen  

Location: Carmarthen
Pay: £92.56 per day 
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm 

Hoop Education is currently seeking a committed and compassionate ALN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in schools across Carmarthen. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in helping learners with Additional Learning Needs thrive both academically and personally. 

 Your Role: 

Support pupils with ALN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups 
Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs and abilities 
Promote confidence, independence, and engagement in the classroom 
Assist with classroom management and daily routines 
Track and report on pupil development and progress 
Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored support 

 About You: 

Background in education, childcare, or support work is advantageous 
A calm, understanding, and flexible approach 
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff 
Good organisational and communication skills 
Relevant training or qualifications are beneficial but not required
