Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our educational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young students, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans in accordance with curriculum standards.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Implement behaviour management techniques to promote positive conduct and respect among pupils.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
- Organise extracurricular activities that complement the academic curriculum and promote holistic development.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and behavioural incidents.
- Uphold health and safety standards within the classroom and school premises at all times.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Primary Teaching (e.g., PGCE or equivalent).
- Proven experience in teaching young children within a school setting is preferred.
- Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire pupils.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Passionate about education with a genuine interest in fostering children's development.
