Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our educational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young students, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development. Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans in accordance with curriculum standards.
  • Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
  • Implement behaviour management techniques to promote positive conduct and respect among pupils.
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
  • Organise extracurricular activities that complement the academic curriculum and promote holistic development.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and behavioural incidents.
  • Uphold health and safety standards within the classroom and school premises at all times.
Qualifications
  • Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Primary Teaching (e.g., PGCE or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in teaching young children within a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire pupils.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Passionate about education with a genuine interest in fostering children's development.
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment. This role offers an enriching environment where educators can make a meaningful difference in young learners' lives while developing their professional skills within a supportive community.
