The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience of working in a Primary School setting.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Be registered (or willing to register) with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying classroom environments.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on different teaching assignments within the Swansea area.
