The role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom when a teacher is absent, delivering pre-planned lessons, managing behaviour, and ensuring pupils remain engaged with their learning. You'll play an important role in maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment.
No previous school experience is essential. If you're motivated, reliable, and passionate about supporting young people, we'll provide all the training and guidance you need.
