Job Description:
Cover Supervisors Wanted – Inspire Young Minds in the Classroom
Location: Secondary Schools – Swansea (with opportunities in Llanelli for those willing to travel)
Daily Rate: From £100+ per day
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary, Flexible and Term-Time Only

Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering pre-set work in the absence of a teacher
- Maintaining a calm, focused, and respectful classroom environment
- Supporting pupils with questions and encouraging positive participation
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring student safety
- Collecting completed work and providing feedback on the session
- Being a positive role model that students look up to
Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience working with children
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- EWC registration (or willingness to register)
- A calm, organised approach with strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping pupils thrive
