Job Description
Learning Support Assistant
Locations: Swansea | Neath | Port Talbot
Pay: £92.56 per day | Hours: 8:30am–3:30pm
Are you passionate about supporting children in a classroom environment? Hoop Education is looking for caring and motivated Teaching Assistants to join supportive schools across South Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Assist teachers with inclusive lessons
- Encourage positive behaviour and wellbeing
- Help prepare classroom resources
- Monitor and report on pupil progress
About You:
- Experience working with children or young people
- Patient, caring, and proactive
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant qualifications (desirable)
