Carl and Will have been an enormous help over the past couple of years. Their communication is fantastic and quickly respond to requests we have (which are more than often last minute). I am in contact with Phillipa on a daily basis, either by phone or email and feel we have a very good working relationship. The Customer service at Hoop is second to none. Phillipa and her team very rarely are not able meet my cover needs. This makes my role as Cover Coordinator very easy. The service I receive from Hoop, differs from other agencies, in that I can trust that if I ask for a specific subject teacher, I will not be palmed off unknowingly with an alternative as some agencies practice.

Yes, we are registered with WGCD framework to work in every Local Authority in Wales.

Hoop currently has two offices in South Wales , one in Cardiff and onein Swansea, we cover the whole of South and West Wales.

As part of the WGCD framework agreement our teachers are paid at the M2 scale for day to day and all rates are AWR compliant. Support roles are paid depending on required hours and will be clear and transparent upon placements.

All Hoops education consultants have out of hours mobile contact details for schools and candidates to contact if required for school placements.

Confirming timesheets is a simple one-click process once approver details are set up.

Safeguarding training is provided for every candidate who does not have a valid safeguarding certificate when completing their registration.
