NQT mentorship
We are delighted to have a dedicated NQT mentor who is a qualified teacher. The mentor provides training sessions for NQT’s to ensure you are prepared for any upcoming meetings with your external verifier.
NQT Mentorship
- We will run “mock” progress reviews and provide support with planning for your lesson observations
- Feedback is requested on a regular basis from the schools you work in to tailor your ongoing professional development
- We’ll make sure you are aware of any changes to the induction process along the way
- We will also point you in the correct direction for additional support
